UIUX Product Designer (REMOTE)

Essential Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:The UI/UX Designer with Salesforce experience will be responsible for designing user interfaces prototypes and wireframes for Salesforce applications. Key responsibilities include:Collaborating with product managers developers and stakeholders to understand user requirementsCreating user-centric designs that enhance usability and user experience within Salesforce applicationsDeveloping wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes to demonstrate design conceptsWorking closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency with Salesforce platform standardsConducting usability testing and gathering user feedback to iterate on designsImplementing Salesforce customizations and configurations to achieve the desired user interfaceEnsuring design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all Salesforce applicationsEducation and Experience Required:Bachelors degree in graphic design Interaction Design Human-Computer Interaction or related field5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with specific experience in Salesforce designProficiency in design tools such as Sketch Adobe XD or FigmaRequired Skills and Competencies:Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects specifically in Salesforce environmentsDeep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practicesExperience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and Lightning ComponentsProficiency in HTML Front-End Dev CSS experience and JavaScript for design implementationAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environmentSecurity Requirement:Ability to obtain public trust clearanceDesired Skills and Competencies:Salesforce certification (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder)Experience with mobile app design and responsive web designKnowledge of design accessibility standardsFamiliarity with Agile development methodologiesBackground in government or federal IT projectsOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
