Now Hiring: Turret Setup/Operators 1st & 2nd Shift

Harvey Vogel Manufacturing is seeking experienced Turret Setup/Operators to join our growing team. If you have experience setting up and operating turret punch equipment enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in producing quality parts we would like to speak with you.

As a Turret Setup/Operator you will be responsible for setting up tooling operating equipment troubleshooting production issues and ensuring parts meet quality specifications while maintaining a safe work environment.

• Set up and operate CNC turret punch presses.
• Install adjust and maintain tooling as required.
• Read blueprints work instructions and production orders.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using measuring equipment.
• Make machine adjustments to ensure quality and productivity standards are met.
• Identify and resolve tooling material and machine issues.
• Safely move materials and finished parts throughout the production process.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements.

• Previous turret punch setup and operating experience preferred.
• Experience with Amada Trumpf or similar turret equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of measuring tools such as calipers micrometers and gauges.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

1st Shift: Monday Friday Days
2nd Shift: Monday Friday Afternoons/Evenings (Shift Differential Available)
