Key Accountabilities

• Demonstrates the ability to plan multi-discipline work orders
• Mentor and assist other planners with performance of their job functions and provide oversight of qualifications and development needs.
• Coordinate and administer programs outside of the planning function
• SME within a specific discipline (lead)
• Prompt Team planner (shift worker)
• ERO or other emergency duties (e.g. ambulance driver)
• Create outage schedules for planners for specific disciplines (e.g. PT VT WT)
• Backlog reviews to ensure work orders are planned to support

Education Experience & Skill Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 10 years of nuclear power plant planning experience in mechanical electrical or I&C maintenance disciplines - highly recommended
• Solid understanding of work control process & procedures safety procedures auxiliary equipment fuel handling equipment clearance procedures and experience in computer maintenance management systems.
• Travel is required to support fleet outages meetings and project execution/evaluation.
