Seeking prior experience performing fundamental setup activities such as operating tufting machine build up and set up. Change hooks blades needles. Creeling and thread-up under supervision assisting in the monitoring of production quality and executing basic mending and clipping tasks. This operator works primarily on the back side of the machine with responsibility for identifying and repairing missing yarns using manual or air-powered tools. This role focuses on tufted design accuracy creel requirements thread-up tasks and monitoring machine operation under supervision to ensure quality and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with machine setup creel and thread-up placements according to job specifications.
Understand that all manufacturing jobs are custom and follow detailed work instructions carefully.
Verify all required yarn/thread colors are loaded correctly per design documentation.
Operate hollow point needle machines safely and efficiently under supervision.
Perform visual inspections of materials and finished products during production.
Accurately complete basic production forms and downtime reports.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE: safety glasses and earplugs.
