What Youll Do
- Set up operate and monitor CNC tube laser cutting equipment
- Load machine programs and adjust settings for various materials and production requirements
- Perform first-piece in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools
- Read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings and work orders
- Safely load raw materials and unload finished components
- Perform routine preventive maintenance machine cleaning and basic troubleshooting
- Identify quality concerns and work with Production Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve issues quickly
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records
- Support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a clean organized and safe work environment
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience preferred with CNC tube laser or metal fabrication experience strongly preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing documentation
- Experience using calipers micrometers tape measures and other precision measuring instruments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer skills for machine operation and production reporting
- Excellent attention to detail reliability and a strong safety mindset
- Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus
