What You Will Do

• Lead and manage a portfolio of Trusts & Estates cases providing strategic legal counsel to clients.
• Develop comprehensive estate plans that meet clients needs and comply with applicable laws.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of legal strategies.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
• Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting Trusts & Estates ensuring clients receive timely advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand the firms Trusts & Estates practice.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 8 years of experience in Trusts & Estates law with a proven track record of successful case management.
• Strong knowledge of estate planning tax implications and probate processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex legal issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills capable of building rapport with clients and colleagues.

Preferred

• Experience in a global law firm or a highly reputable practice.
• Proven ability to generate business and attract new clients to the firm.
• Familiarity with technology solutions that enhance legal practice efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $400K to $750K commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our client offers a competitive benefits package designed to support the well-being and professional development of its employees.
