A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney to join its growing Florida practice in Miami or Palm Beach.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in advising high-net-worth individuals families business owners fiduciaries and family offices on sophisticated estate planning wealth transfer trust administration and succession planning matters.

36 years of trusts and estates experience
Experience with estate planning wealth transfer planning trust administration and probate matters preferred
Experience advising high-net-worth individuals families business owners and fiduciaries
Experience drafting revocable and irrevocable trusts wills family limited partnership documents and related estate planning instruments
Experience with business succession planning charitable planning and tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies is a plus
Strong drafting analytical and communication skills
Excellent academic credentials
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
Florida bar admission required or ability to become admitted
