A respected AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a Trust & Estates Senior Associate Attorney to join its Naples office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated private client estate planning and wealth transfer matters within a collaborative and growing private client platform serving high-net-worth individuals families business owners and fiduciaries.

The firm is seeking a team-oriented senior associate with strong private client experience who is interested in handling complex estate planning and administration matters while building meaningful long-term client relationships.

The Role

Associates in this position may work on matters involving:

  • Advanced estate gift and GST tax planning
  • Sophisticated wealth transfer strategies
  • Trust and estate administration
  • Advanced drafting of estate planning documents
  • Business succession planning
  • Family wealth preservation strategies
  • Fiduciary and trust advisory matters
  • General private client counseling for high-net-worth individuals and families

Responsibilities may include:

  • Drafting sophisticated trusts wills and related planning documents
  • Advising clients on tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies
  • Assisting with trust and estate administration matters
  • Managing complex client projects and planning initiatives
  • Collaborating with fiduciaries accountants financial advisors and family offices
  • Providing ongoing strategic counsel to high-net-worth clients and families
Ideal Background
  • 5 years of private client trust & estates or wealth planning experience
  • Experience with advanced estate gift and GST tax planning
  • Strong drafting skills involving sophisticated estate planning documents
  • Experience handling trust and estate administration matters
  • Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and client relationships independently
  • Excellent academic and professional credentials required
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Florida Bar admission required or ability to waive in
