Trust & Estate Associate Attorney

We are partnering with an established and growing law firm seeking a Trust & Estates Associate with 35 years of experience to join its expanding practice.

This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney who wants to move beyond a traditional supporting role and take on meaningful client responsibility early in their career. Youll work directly with high-net-worth clients handle sophisticated estate planning matters and have the opportunity to broaden your practice into business and real estate law.

What Youll Do

• Draft a broad range of estate planning documents including wills trusts and business succession plans
• Handle probate guardianship and other ancillary Trust & Estates matters
• Advise and work directly with high-net-worth clients
• Assist with federal estate and gift tax matters
• Support general business and real estate matters allowing you to broaden your legal expertise
• Take ownership of substantive matters and client relationships
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of the firms Trust & Estates practice

What Were Looking For

• 35 years of dedicated Trust & Estates experience
• Substantive experience drafting a full range of estate planning documents
• Familiarity with federal estate and gift tax issues
• Strong client-service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an established team
• New Hampshire Bar admission or a clear path to obtaining admission with firm sponsorship
• Candidates relocating from outside the region should have demonstrated ties to New Hampshire
• Bar Requirement: New Hampshire Bar admission or clear path to admission
