Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $20$25/hr average ($16/hr base Profit Share Tips)

Operations Lead Pay: $25$28/hr average

Join the 1-800-GOT-JUNK Honolulu team as a Truck Team Member with a clear path to becoming an Operations Lead. No junk removal experience requiredwell train you.
Youll spend your days meeting customers providing estimates closing sales removing items and working with an energetic team. As you develop your sales customer service and leadership skills youll have opportunities to take on more responsibility and advance.

What Youll Do

• Create great customer experiences and deliver WOW service
• Provide estimates and close on-site sales
• Safely remove lift carry and load items up to 75 lbs
• Drive and operate box trucks (training provided)
• Work as part of a fast-paced team
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Sales customer service or leadership experience is a plus butattitude and potential matter most.

Schedule:45 shifts/week including 1 weekend day. Shifts are typically 810 hours.
A valid DOT Medical Certification is required for commercial vehicle driving. We arrange and cover the cost.
