Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Transport loads of tubular and other products to and from specific designations.
• Verify truck load to ensure conformance with shipping requirements.
• Help load unload and move products and materials.
• Perform operation maintenance and safety checks on trucks and trailers.
• Collect documents for goods received and delivered.
• Complete driving logbooks when not operating an ELD mandated unit.
• General housekeeping of vehicle.
• Comply with all NOV Company policies guidelines and procedures.
• Comply with all HSE policies guidelines and procedures.
• Comply with all Quality policies guidelines and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or control; talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand walk reach with hands and arms; and stoop kneel crouch or crawl.
• May assist in loading and unloading truck.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid CDL License.
• Three years experience transporting and securing oversized loads.
