Job Description
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Class B CDL Driver to join our Shred this role you will be responsible for providing secure and essential route-based services to a consistent base of Iron Mountain customers requiring both driving and significant physical labor.
What Youll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role you will:
Lead daily shred operations by driving a 26-foot automatic truck on assigned routes (avg. 30 stops) and managing the secure delivery and servicing of customer shred bins.
Support route efficiency and secure documentation by consistently utilizing a handheld Zebra scanner to accurately track bin service and manage daily route activity.
Ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety/security procedures while providing outstanding customer service as the face of Iron Mountain.
What Youll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
A valid Class B Commercial Drivers License (CDL); Class A is welcome but pay is set at Class B rates.
At least 1 year of route driving experience in a busy city environment such as downtown Seattle is preferred.
Proven ability to perform substantial physical labor including pushing pulling squatting and walking up to 7 miles per day while moving bins weighing between 65250 lbs.
Must be at least 21 years of age to meet commercial driving and company requirements.

Salary details: Pay is $22.50 hour
Shifts: MondayThursday and occasionally on Fridays Start time is 5:00 a.m. until the end of the shift.(8-10 hours)
