NOW HIRING Truck Driver / Mobile Equipment Operator

Manpower is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Mobile Equipment Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This position is ideal for candidates with heavy equipment quarry production or construction experience.

Schedule:
6:00 AM 4:30 PM

Job Duties:
Operate mobile equipment including haul trucks loaders water trucks excavators tractors forklifts and other production equipment
Move materials between workstations and storage locations
Perform dispatch duties and maintain load out areas
Monitor material quality and communicate with production teams
Assist with equipment adjustments and minor repairs
Cross-train in other plant positions as needed
Follow all safety procedures and government regulations

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of equipment operating experience preferred
Ability to stand bend climb and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and sit for extended periods
Experience using hand and power tools preferred
Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed
Strong attendance and safety mindset

Requirements:
Pre-employment drug screen required
Background screening required including criminal history and MVR when applicable
MSHA certification required
