- Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel
- Travel to different customer locations to address cleaning needs and issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve janitorial service concerns
- Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties as needed
- Inspect areas to ensure cleaning standards are being met
- Help cover shifts and assist cleaning crews when needed
- Communicate with supervisors regarding site issues or supply needs
- Ensure assigned locations are properly maintained
- Provide excellent customer service
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- Able to travel between multiple locations
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work some weekends as needed
- Smartphone required for work communication and timekeeping
