Position Summary:Our Dermatology department has an opening for a full-time Clinical Triage MA. The triage position helps assist with patient questions prescriptions and nurse visits. This position will be for both our Lehi and Provo locations. Come join our positive fun interesting and fast-paced medical environment. Essential Job Functions:Some of the duties specific to this position are to assist with patient questions and related tasks: Answer patient phone calls answer questions relay information. Return patient phone calls. Assist with nurse visits (removing sutures applying allergy patches changing bandages and other related visits). Oversees incoming faxes. Help teams with draws rooms tools Prior authorizations and tasks.

Qualifications: Experience in a medical office (preferably dermatology) MA certification is preferred but not required. Must have outstanding customer service organization and attention to detail. Must also be a self-starter team player dependable friendly and professional. Be able to multi-task have proper phone etiquette and work efficiently. CPR certification required upon hire

Hours:Mon Tues Wed 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
