Role Overview:
This is a software triage role driven by manual testing. Testing will be conducted on client products including smart glasses and VR headsets as well as standard mobile devices.
Client employees participate in dogfooding (internal testing) of their products. This testing identifies potential software bugs which are then logged as tickets. Our team reviews each ticket attempts to reproduce the core issue and writes up the findings.
