A Quality Facility Services is hiring a dependable Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor to help lead evening operations and support our cleaning teams in delivering high-quality service.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys working with a team maintaining quality standards and helping operations run smoothly.

What Youll Do
Supervise and support nightly cleaning operations
Train and assist janitorial team members
Perform quality inspections and ensure standards are met
Assist with cleaning duties when needed
Manage supplies and communicate inventory needs
Address customer concerns professionally and promptly
Ensure employees follow company procedures and safety standards
Communicate schedules updates and expectations clearly
Help create a positive and productive work environment

What Were Looking For
Prior janitorial or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Ability to multitask and work independently
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Stable work history
