For 75 years we have been one of upstate New Yorks largest providers of programs and services for individuals who have disabilities. Many of the innovative programs and vital services that we offer are not available elsewhere

We are looking for a full time Treatment Coordinator to become part of our Health Services division.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates all services related to Article 16 clinic including intake enrollment and on-going services.
  • Coordinates and monitors service needs for each individual on caseload.
  • Serves as a primary liaison throughout the treatment between referral source service providers clinicians families program and case management services.
  • Performs reconciliation of services with fiscal billing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Health or Human Services or related field.
  • 1-2 year(s) of experience preferred but will train the right candidate

Compensation Range:

$25.12 - $27.21
