Overview
We are seeking a Treasury Systems Business Analyst to support treasury system initiatives capital markets activity debt portfolio administration payment processes and cross-functional process improvement. This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams helping gather requirements document workflows support treasury operations and drive system enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have a background in treasury accounting banking or financial systems with strong analytical documentation communication and Excel skills. This position will partner closely with Treasury Accounting FP&A Legal IT and external banking partners to improve treasury processes and support key business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support for capital markets transactions treasury system enhancements and treasury-related projects.
- Gather review document and refine business and technical requirements for treasury systems and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation trackers workflows and process maps related to debt portfolios derivatives treasury transactions and system requirements.
- Support debt and derivative portfolio administration including maintaining accurate records and assisting with reporting needs.
- Prepare wire documentation support supplier setup in financial systems and assist with payment processing procedures.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and IT teams on system upgrades automation efforts testing implementation and process optimization initiatives.
- Assist with Know Your Customer documentation compliance requests banking documentation and other treasury-related administrative needs.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify issues recommend improvements and support effective decision-making.
- Help ensure treasury processes are accurate efficient compliant and properly documented.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required preferably in Finance Accounting Economics Business Information Systems or a related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in treasury accounting banking financial operations or financial systems.
- Working knowledge of treasury operations debt capital markets banking processes or financial systems.
- Experience supporting payment processing wire documentation financial documentation or portfolio tracking.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data trackers reports and documentation.
- Ability to gather requirements document processes and communicate clearly with business and technical teams.
- Strong attention to detail organizational skills critical thinking and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities deadlines and cross-functional requests in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting treasury management systems ERP systems banking platforms or financial systems projects.
- Exposure to debt portfolio management derivatives capital markets or cash management processes.
- Prior experience working on system upgrades automation projects reporting improvements or process documentation initiatives.
- Familiarity with supplier setup payment workflows compliance documentation or KYC requests.

Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule with Monday through Thursday onsite and Friday work from home.
- Primarily office-based with extended periods working at a desk and computer.
- No or very little travel anticipated.
