Position Summary:

Responsible for processing incoming and outgoing domestic wire transfers through applicable bank systems daily in accordance with all wire transfer deadlines. This position ensures the performance of all duties are in accordance with the companys policies and procedures as well as all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations where the company does business.

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming and outgoing domestic settlement wires through applicable bank systems daily in accordance with all wire transfer deadlines.
  • Processes warehouse collateral movement in accordance with all transfer deadlines.
  • Researches and resolves inquiries and exceptions as requested.
  • Provides support and addresses internal and external customer inquiries/issues related to wire
  • transfers.
  • Reconciles wire and collateral activity.
  • Functions effectively within a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
  • Identifies opportunities to enhance and improve controls within Treasury.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
  • This is a hybrid position based in Irvine CA or Plano TX - requiring two days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or Economics is preferred and a minimum of three (3) years of related work experience.
  • Experience in the Mortgage industry Banking background preferred.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $26.44 and $36.30. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors including your job-related knowledge/skills qualifications experience and market location.
