Job Summary
Position Description
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to oversee the organizations cash management liquidity planning banking relationships and financial risk activities. This role is responsible for ensuring the company maintains adequate liquidity optimizes the use of cash manages debt and investment activity and strengthens internal controls across treasury operations. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on leadership experience in corporate treasury.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
Manage daily cash positioning short-term investing and borrowing activities to ensure sufficient liquidity across all operating entities.
Maintain 13-week and long-term cash flow forecasts; analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
In partnership with Treasurer oversee banking relationships including account structures fee analysis credit facilities and covenant compliance.
Support Treasurer in debt management activities including borrowing repayment and covenant reporting under existing credit agreements.
Manage foreign exchange interest rate and other financial risk exposures; recommend and execute appropriate hedging strategies.
Oversee treasury workstation/TMS administration bank account management and electronic payment platforms.
Ensure compliance with internal controls treasury policies and applicable regulatory requirements (e.g. SOX).
Partner with FP&A Accounting and Legal on capital structure financing activities and M&A-related treasury needs.
Prepare treasury reporting and analysis for senior leadership
Required Skills/ Abilities:
Strong knowledge of cash management capital markets debt instruments and financial risk management.
Advanced Excel modeling and financial analysis skills.
Proven ability to manage banking relationships and negotiate credit facilities and fee structures.
Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing or mentoring staff.
Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls testing.
Exposure to FX hedging programs and derivative instruments a plus.
High degree of integrity and discretion in handling confidential financial information.
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field required; MBA a plus.
5-8 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury banking or a related finance function.
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred.
Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and ERP systems.
Experience in a multi-entity or multinational corporate environment a plus.
Work Environment This is primarily a desk-based role requiring extended periods of sitting and computer use. While the role is mainly desk-based mobility within the office manufacturing facility and customer sites may be required for meetings and interactions with colleagues.
Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Ability to traverse office manufacturing facility and customer sites.
