Treasury Management Sales Manager

The Treasury Management Sales Manager is responsible for leading and executing the Banks Treasury Management sales strategy overseeing Treasury Management Advisors. This role drives deposit growth fee income and client engagement while aligning with Commercial Banking partners and reinforcing Washington Trusts consultative sales offer a hybrid remote work schedule with on-site work in Westerly or Providence StructureReports to: Head of Treasury ManagementDirect Reports: Treasury Management AdvisorsKey Partners: Commercial Banking Service & Implementation Product Management Product Specialists Retail Banking PartnersKey ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Team Management- Lead and develop TM Advisors and Sales Support staff- Set performance expectations tied to deposits fee income and cross-sell- Coach team on pipeline management and consultative sellingSales Strategy Execution- Execute Treasury Management sales strategy- Manage pipeline across new and existing clients- Drive consultative value-based client conversationsCommercial Banking Partnership- Partner with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities- Execute joint calling and improve treasury attach ratesClient Engagement & Growth- Drive deposit and fee income growth- Maintain key client relationships- Participate in strategic client discussionsProduct & Solution Leadership- Maintain expertise in treasury products- Support pricing and proposal strategy- Work with product team on enhancementsService & Implementation Alignment- Partner for smooth onboarding and client transition- Ensure strong client experience lifecyclePerformance Metrics- Deposit growth- Fee income- Client meetings and pipeline- Cross-sell penetration- Client retentionCompensation & BenefitsThe good-faith estimated base salary range for this position is $130000 to $150000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on factors including experience skills certifications education and role may also be eligible for an annual bonus and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
