Job Summary
Metropolitan Companies is seeking a motivated Treasury & Financial Analyst to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Treasury this role offers exposure to both corporate treasury functions and project-level financial analysis making it an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build a well-rounded finance skill set.

Key Responsibilities
Treasury
- Support daily cash positioning bank account monitoring and liquidity reporting
- Assist with intercompany funding activity and internal lending administration
- Prepare treasury reporting and reconciliations for management review
- Support periodic bank account access reviews and internal control procedures
- Assist with ad hoc treasury projects including process documentation and system improvements
Financial Analysis
- Partner with accounting on month-end close to ensure P&Ls are completed accurately and on time
- Assist in preparing management presentations and reporting deliverables to meet deadlines
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes systems and reporting tools
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- 03 years of relevant experience including internships
- High proficiency in Excel; VBA and financial modeling skills strongly preferred
- Background in construction and/or accounting a plus
