Job Decsription:
Job Summary:
- Manages credit card services lockboxes the corporate card program and other critical functions within the Treasury department to ensure secure compliant and efficient financial operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage setup of merchant accounts and user access within Elavon Payment Navigator
- Develop and enforce credit card processing policies and training materials
- Lead PCI DSS compliance planning remediation testing and reporting activities
- Evaluate thirdparty and internal system compliance with PCI requirements
- Oversee lockbox operations and payroll check processing
- Reconcile and review pcard activity and provide guidance to cardholders
- Support Associate Director with special Treasury projects
Skills:
Required Skills & Experience:
- Two (2) - four (4) years of experience in Treasury or Finance roles
- Experience in financial operations policy development and audit response
- Knowledge of PCI DSS standards and card payment systems
- Strong organizational analytical and communication skills
Education:
Required Education:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or Economics
