What Will You Be Doing

This position is critical to ensuring that our community and operations run this role you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team by recruiting coaching and mentoring staff.
• Travel to different communities across Oregon and Washington
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community ensuring exceptional service and quality care.
• Foster meaningful relationships with residents families and team members to create an engaging and welcoming community.
• Drive occupancy and census growth by partnering with the sales team and helping prospective residents feel at home.
• Manage financial performance by overseeing budgets controlling expenses and achieving operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations company policies and quality standards.
• Build a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork accountability and employee engagement.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve resident satisfaction operational efficiency and overall community success.

In other companies the position of Executive Director is often referred to by different titles such as Assisted Living Administrator Assisted Living Director Nursing Home Administrator Executive Director of Assisted Living Health Care Administration and Executive Director of Senior Living.

Qualifications

• Hold an Administrators License or be able to obtain one.
• Proven track record in Sales and revenue/expense management.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents.
• Successful experience as an Administrator for an Assisted Living Independent Living or Memory Care facility.
• Ability to travel across Oregon and Washington
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
