Travel Specialist

Envision is seeking a motivated career and customer-oriented Travel Specialist to join our team inArligton Virginia.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Make and confirm reservations for transportation or lodging or sell transportation tickets. Check baggage and direct passengers to designated concourse pier or
• Track; deliver tickets and contact individuals and groups to inform them of package tours; or provide tourists with travel or transportation information.
• Apply DoW travel policies JTR and DoW FMR.
• Research and interpret the JTR; B) DTS Operations/Help Desk/Training;
• Review manually and DTS generated travel vouchers;
• Prepare manual/traditional and DTS travel authorizations;
• Administer the GTCC program in accordance with DoW FMR
• Process passport/visa applications
• Research the Foreign Clearance Guide (FCG); Commercial Ticketing Office (CTO) operations and use of GSA City Pair airfare rates; Process permanent change of station (PCS) travel authorizations and vouchers.

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma and 6 plus years of related experience

Desired Skills:

• Bachelors degree from accredited university

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Active Secret
