Travel Services Specialist

We are seeking a Travel Services Specialist to assist clients with researching and organizing a variety of travel experiences. This role involves client communication travel research organization and learning about different destinations accommodations cruises resorts and travel services.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping people has strong attention to detail and is interested in learning about the travel industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with researching a variety of travel options based on client preferences.
• Gather travel dates destination preferences budgets and other trip requirements.
• Research cruises hotels resorts theme-park vacations all-inclusive stays and other travel options.
• Help organize reservation information and trip details.
• Communicate with clients regarding questions updates and planning needs.
• Maintain accurate client and travel information.
• Assist with follow-up throughout the planning process.
• Complete training and stay current with travel products and destinations.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers email and online research tools.
• Able to learn new systems and travel products.
• Customer service education hospitality administrative or travel experience is helpful.
• Reliable professional and comfortable working independently.
