Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to provide interim leadership within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The Unit Manager will oversee daily nursing operations support clinical staff and ensure high-quality resident care while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support nursing staff within assigned unit
Oversee daily clinical operations and patient care delivery
Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
Assist with staffing scheduling and workflow management
Monitor resident care plans and quality outcomes
Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing team members
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting standards

Assignment Details

Start Date: 06/15/2026
End Date: 09/05/2026

Shift: Day Shift
Shift Time: 08:00 AM 04:30 PM

Schedule: Monday Friday (40 hours per week no overtime)

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
3 5 years clinical nursing experience required
Prior charge nurse or unit management experience required
Strong leadership and delegation skills
Knowledge of regulatory compliance in long-term care
Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
Must comply with onboarding requirements
