KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scrub and circulate for general orthopaedic robotic and specialty surgical procedures
- Perform pre-operative patient assessments and obtain informed consent verification
- Manage surgical count maintain sterile field and document intraoperatively
- Coordinate with surgeons anaesthesiologists and surgical technologists
- Support PACU handoff and post-operative patient transitions
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
- Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
- BLS certification - current
- Minimum 2 years OR scrub/circulator experience
- Sterile technique proficiency
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- CNOR certification
- Robotic-assisted surgery experience
