Job Title:Travel Registered Nurse Emergency Room
Location: Denton TX
Type: Contract 13 Weeks Travel

Shift & Schedule: Night Shift 7:00 PM 7:00 AM 3x12 Hours 36 Hours Per Week

Pay Rate: $44 - $52/hour

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse Emergency Room for an exciting Travel job in Denton TX.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse License.

• BLS Certification.

• ACLS Certification.

• PALS or ENPC Certification.

• TNCC Certification.

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience preferred.

• Strong acute care and emergency nursing background.

• Ability to manage high patient volume and high-acuity cases.

• Trauma experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct emergency nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department.

• Perform triage assessment and rapid stabilization of patients.

• Manage trauma cardiac neurological and other medical emergencies.

• Administer medications IV therapy and emergency treatments.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Assist with resuscitations and emergency procedures.

• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies safety standards and emergency care protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Level I II or III Trauma Center.

• Experience caring for stroke cardiac diabetic and trauma patients.

• Previous travel nursing Certification.
