Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment patient assessment skills and the ability to deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care
Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
Monitor patient conditions and respond to clinical changes
Document assessments interventions and outcomes accurately
Supervise LPNs and CNAs as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
Educate patients and families on care plans and health management

End Date: 08/03/2026

Shift: Day Shift
Shift Time: 07:00 AM 03:30 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Associate or Bachelors degree in Nursing
Prior clinical experience preferred (acute or long-term care)
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Must comply with onboarding requirements
Commitment to safe patient-centered nursing care
