Job Overview

We are seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract assignment. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care assess patient needs administer treatments and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Assess monitor and document patient conditions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Develop and implement patient care plans
Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Provide patient and family education
Respond to changes in patient status and emergencies
Follow facility policies procedures and infection-control protocols

End Date: 09/18/2026

Shift: Night Shift
Shift Time: 07:00 PM 07:30 AM
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Valid state/federal photo ID required onsite at all times
Compliance with onboarding and health requirements
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required per facility policy
Must meet all facility credentialing requirements
