KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage critically ill adult patients requiring intensive monitoring and intervention
- Titrate vasoactive medications manage mechanical ventilation and oversee invasive monitoring
- Perform rapid assessments and respond to deteriorating patient status
- Collaborate with intensivists respiratory therapy and pharmacy
- Complete precise timely ICU EMR documentation
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
- Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
- BLS and ACLS certifications - current
- Minimum 2 years ICU RN experience
- Ventilator management and arterial line experience required
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- CCRN certification
- Experience with CRRT
