Travel Planning Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Travel Planning Specialist to help clients organize and manage their travel arrangements. This role combines research organization customer communication and reservation support.

Youll help clients compare travel options organize trip details maintain booking information and respond to requests throughout the planning process. Candidates who are new to the travel field are welcome to apply with training and guidance provided.

• Research travel options according to client preferences schedules and budgets
• Assist with planning accommodations cruises transportation activities and vacation packages
• Organize trip information and create clear easy-to-follow itineraries
• Review reservation details and identify missing or incorrect information
• Communicate with clients regarding travel plans questions and requested updates
• Support changes to existing travel arrangements when needed
• Keep client and reservation records accurate and organized
• Research destinations suppliers and available travel services
• Learn and use applicable booking platforms software and internal resources
• Complete assigned training and remain informed about relevant travel procedures
