We are seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment. The Physical Therapist will evaluate develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve mobility function and overall quality of life for patients.

This role offers an opportunity to work within a collaborative rehabilitation team while making a meaningful impact on patient recovery and independence.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises mobility training and rehabilitation services
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Ensure compliance with all professional and regulatory standards

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Skilled nursing rehabilitation outpatient acute care or long-term care experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Contract Length: 14 Weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Weekly
• Shift: Days (08:00 16:30)
• Start Date: 07/13/2026
• End Date: 10/12/2026

Pay Rate: $54.00 $63.00 per hour
