Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment in a rehabilitation setting. The PT will be responsible for evaluating patients developing individualized treatment plans and implementing therapeutic interventions to restore mobility reduce pain and improve functional independence.

This role requires strong clinical judgment collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and a patient-centered approach to rehabilitation care.

Key Responsibilities

Perform patient evaluations and functional assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and strength
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Document patient care accurately and timely
Collaborate with PTAs physicians and care teams
Educate patients and families on recovery plans and exercises
Ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards

Schedule: Monday Friday
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license required
Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
Rehabilitation or post-acute experience preferred
Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Compliance with facility onboarding requirements
Must bring state/federal ID and wear facility badge at all times
