Requirements

Active Physical Therapist license (state required)
Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
BLS/CPR certification preferred or required depending on facility
Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation planning skills
Ability to work in interdisciplinary rehab teams
Compliance with onboarding and health clearance requirements
