KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate and treat patients across acute care and post-surgical settings
- Develop and implement evidence-based physical therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercise manual therapy and functional mobility training
- Document evaluations daily notes and discharge summaries in the EMR
- Collaborate with nursing occupational therapy and case management
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
- Active Texas PT licence - current and in good standing
- Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT)
- BLS certification - current
- Minimum 1 year acute-care PT experience
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Orthopedic or neurological rehabilitation experience
- Board certification (OCS or NCS)
