KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate and treat acute-care patients across orthopaedic neurological and medical diagnoses
- Develop individualised PT treatment plans; implement therapeutic interventions
- Perform mobility assessments and functional capacity evaluations pre-discharge
- Document evaluations progress notes and discharge plans in the EMR
- Collaborate with nursing OT and case management for safe discharge planning
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
- Active Texas PT licence - current
- DPT or MPT degree
- BLS certification - current
- Minimum 1 year acute-care PT experience
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Orthopaedic or neurological rehab experience
