Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide rehabilitative care within a clinical therapy setting. This role focuses on evaluating patient mobility developing individualized treatment plans and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve functional outcomes and independence.

The Physical Therapist will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery restore movement and enhance patients quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients to determine functional limitations and therapy needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises manual therapy and mobility training
Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
Modify treatment plans based on patient response and goals
Collaborate with physicians nurses and rehabilitation teams
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR systems

Requirements

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Maryland
State-issued identification required
