We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel contract assignment. The PT will evaluate plan and implement individualized rehabilitation programs to improve patient mobility strength and functional independence in a clinical or post-acute setting.

• Perform patient evaluations and functional assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and recovery
• Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation programs
  

• Active Physical Therapist license (state specific)
• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills
• Experience in acute rehab or outpatient settings preferred
  

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Shift: 8-hour days (08:00 16:30)
• Start Date: 07/06/2026
  

Pay Rate: $58.80 $68.60 per hour
