We are seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a contract assignment. The Physical Therapist Assistant will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative care assist patients in improving mobility and function and help implement individualized treatment plans.

• Assist in implementing individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises gait training and mobility assistance
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians nurses and rehabilitation team members
• Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed exercises and mobility techniques
• Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Skilled nursing rehabilitation outpatient acute care or long-term care experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Contract Length: 14 Weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Weekly

• End Date: 10/12/2026

Pay Rate: $36.00 $42.00 per hour
