We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support licensed Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care. The PTA will assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed to improve patient mobility strength and functional independence.

This role requires strong hands-on clinical skills attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.

• Assist in implementing physical therapy treatment plans under supervision of a licensed PT
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising PT
• Document treatment sessions accurately and in compliance with facility standards
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and recovery goals
• Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and rehabilitation guidelines

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of practice
• Graduation from an accredited PTA program
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or required per facility standards
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work day shift (08:00 AM 04:30 PM)
• Prior rehab or outpatient experience preferred
