We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support licensed Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care. The PTA will assist in implementing treatment plans designed to improve patient mobility strength and functional independence.

This role requires strong hands-on clinical skills patient communication and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.

• Assist in implementing physical therapy treatment plans
• Support patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with facility standards
• Monitor patient responses and report changes to supervising PT
• Provide education to patients and caregivers on exercises and recovery
• Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment
• Collaborate with physical therapists and healthcare team members
• Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and care protocols

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of practice
• Graduation from an accredited PTA program
• CPR/BLS certification (if required by facility standards)
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work daytime shift (08:00 AM 04:30 PM)
• Prior rehab or outpatient experience preferred
