We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a travel contract assignment. Working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist the PTA will help implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve patients mobility strength function and overall quality of life.

• Assist with implementing individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises gait training balance activities and mobility interventions
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed exercises and treatment techniques
• Collaborate with physicians therapists nursing staff and the interdisciplinary care team
• Ensure compliance with all professional facility and regulatory standards

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Skilled nursing rehabilitation outpatient acute care or long-term care experience preferred
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Weekly

Pay Rate: $39.00 $45.50 per hour
