We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) for a travel contract assignment. The Personal Care Attendant will provide direct personal care and daily living assistance to residents while promoting comfort dignity and independence.

This role offers the opportunity to work as part of a collaborative healthcare team in a long-term care or assisted living environment ensuring high-quality resident care.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming and toileting

• Support mobility transfers and ambulation using appropriate safety techniques

• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff

• Assist with meal service feeding and hydration as needed

• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

• Foster a safe clean and comfortable environment for residents

• Communicate effectively with residents families and the interdisciplinary care team

• Active Personal Care Attendant (PCA) certification if required by state regulations

• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred

• Previous experience in assisted living long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

• Compassionate patient-centered approach to care

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team

Pay Rate: $18.15 $21.18 per hour
