Job Overview

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract assignment. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate develop and implement treatment plans designed to help patients improve independence functional mobility and performance of daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Assess adaptive equipment and environmental modification needs
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Educate patients families and caregivers on therapy goals and techniques
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

End Date: 07/18/2026

Shift: Day Shift
Shift Time: 08:00 AM 04:30 PM
Schedule: Tuesday Saturday
Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week

Requirements

Active Occupational Therapist license (state required)
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Previous rehabilitation skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
Strong evaluation treatment planning and documentation skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Valid state/federal photo ID required on-site at all times
Compliance with facility onboarding and health requirements
