COMPLIANCE NOTES
- Registry personnel must bring a state or federal issued photo ID to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times
- Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series or present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from their employer
- Additional vaccine doses must be obtained where required by law
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop implement and evaluate individualized resident care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocol
- Perform skilled nursing procedures including wound care IV therapy and catheter management
- Supervise and delegate tasks to LPN and CNA/GNA staff as assigned
- Document accurately in the EMR and communicate changes in resident status to the interdisciplinary team
- Support infection control quality assurance and regulatory compliance initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
- Active state RN licence (or compact licence eligibility)
- CPR/BLS certification - current
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in a Skilled Nursing / LTC or similar setting
- Proficiency with EMR documentation
