Job Overview

We are seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (T-LPN) to provide high-quality patient care within a skilled nursing facility setting. This role involves delivering direct nursing care supporting residents with daily clinical needs and ensuring adherence to facility protocols and care standards.

The Travel LPN will work as part of the nursing team to maintain safe consistent and patient-centered care in a long-term care environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs
Support RN staff with clinical procedures and reporting
Ensure infection control and patient safety compliance
Communicate changes in patient status to clinical team
Maintain accurate documentation in medical records
Assist with resident daily care needs and support services

Requirements

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Travel eligibility required)
State-issued identification required
Must have reliable transportation (facility requires travel independence)
