Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel contract assignment. The LPN will provide compassionate nursing care administer medications and treatments and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes promptly

Assist with patient assessments and care planning

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Educate patients and families regarding care plans and medications

Ensure compliance with all facility policies and regulatory standards

Requirements

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Current BLS certification preferred

Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Skilled nursing rehabilitation long-term care or acute care experience preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Compensation

Pay Rate: $27.78 $32.41 per hour
